Yoga exercise should be started before class.
|
Please obey the rules below to create a best environment for all Yoga exercisers.
Just be several minutes ahead of class. You can have many prepared activity before class such as stretching your body, being calm down or separating yourself from tired work and then enter the classroom quietly.
Don’t eat anything before you come. After 3 hours’ digesting, the best time for exercising Yoga will be arrive after which please drink more water.
If you feel not so good or have hurt before, please tell your coach before class through which you can get suitable suggestion and ensuring safety and concentration during your practice.Please chat in a low voice. Other students are possibly resting or thinking when you are entering Yoga classroom. We just hope to create a friend environment which is comfortable, quiet and casual.

Points of hot Yoga (pay attention to all the points below which will give you much help when practicing hot Yoga

Be sure to have enough water before class and don’t eat anything 2 hours before class.
Please wear short pants and vest instead of long pants and T-shirt, otherwise you will feel so uncomfortable after heavily sweat.
Concentrate yourself in practicing and your body while grasping your rhythm.
Make your body and heart together through carefully observing and respectfully listening.
Please relax yourself when you are dizzy or losing your breath for both of them are normal after the first several classes.
You can have a break during class when necessarily, if you feel dizzy, you must stop immediately.
Be patient, you won’t completely understand all the practice until 10 courses later.
Please inform your coach when you are hurt or under medical service.
Please keep Yoga classroom quiet where cell phone are not allowed to brought in.

Since there is heating up in the Yoga room, please wear dexterous and comfortable clothes such as sports pullover, T-shirt, shorts or Tight-fitting attire
Foot: Feet should be naked during Yoga practice, please put your shoes to Shoes cabinet when entering Yoga room.
Tower: Tower and shower equipment will be offered.
Yoga cushion: Though we can offer ours, we also suggest you bring your own Yoga cushion to ensure hygiene |

Cell phone is prohibited to enter Yoga room in the course of class.
Take off your shoes when entering Yoga room to ensure other’s feet neat.
Control your perfume amount of use for the case that other members may be sensitive to your perfume smell. Pay attention to the space around you and respect people all round you.
