NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association)

Shanghai Strength and Conditioning Association (SSCA) has been authorised by NSCA to be the only organisation to offer training and exams for the NSCA-CPT and CSCS certificate in Mainland China. Will’s Gym Company Ltd. is the only organisation which cooperates with the SSCA to offer this training。

 

I. About the Certificate The NSCA CPT exam is aimed for health and fitness professionals to become Certified Personal Trainers (CPT). Ⅱ.Brief Introduction to the NSCA NSCA Background: The National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) is the world’s most accepted sports training professional association. The exam and certificate is recognised by the world’s professional and amateur sports bodies as well as within the fitness field, making NSCA approval synonymous with international approval. NSCA was the first fitness certification organisation to register and cooperate with the American National Standard Institute (ANSI) and ISO 9001: 2000 (International Organisation for Standardization) as well as receiving recognition from the ANSI/ISO/IEC – 17024 after inspection and approval from the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA).

 

III. Training and Exam Layout: 1. Exam Date: 7th May 2001 2. Exam Venue: Shanghai (Shanghai Strength and Conditioning Association - SSCA). 3. Language: Simplified Chinese 4. Training Course Layout: ① Dates: 21st March 2011 to 15th April 2011 ② Teachers: China Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCA)teachers and American trainers from the NSCA ③ Course Location: 88 Huichuan Road 5. Tuition Fees: RMB 5500 yuan (includes cost of exam, training and materials) 6. Registration: ① Register on the SSCA website (http://www.willsgym.com) ② What you need to bring： i. Application form ii. 4 Passport Photos (2.5cm x 3.5 cm) iii. Photocopy of your identity card iv.
