Franchise stipulations:
1. Must have the vision to develop in the fitness industry and be dedicated to future development.
2. Must have sufficient funds, good credit record and credibility.
3. Must have sufficient administration experience, have to adopt the administrative standard of Will’s Gym and be willing to accept the authority and direction of Will’s Gym general office.
4. Must be located in a developed city with access to a large consumer market.
5. Must own their own premises or guarantee the right to use them for an extended period of time (renting is acceptable) .
6. The premises must conform to Will’s Gym’s size and operational requirements.
